Our services to our developers:

Planning Stage

  • Review Endorsed Architectural and Property Service Plans;
  • Set up budgets required to advertise your properties in the early marketing stages and work with you to finalise budgets for settlements
  • Register the OC Rules with the Tiles Office
  • Assist in the development of a scope of works for building manager, project managers and contractors
  • Obtain facility management quotes
  • Ensure you meet all legal obligations


During Construction

  • Arrange for competitive Strata Insurance quotations at a appropriate level of cover in accordance with the Owners Corporation Act and regulations
  • Advice on essential services, compliance requirements and legislative constraints
  • Review  the budgets set up in the planning stage and work with you to finalise proposed contracts and facilities against work under construction before settlement
  • Assist the developer with their registration



  • Convene and hold Inaugural General Meeting
  • Prepare Owners Corporation Certificates Section 151 Owners Corporation Certificates
  • Arrange ABN and TFN
  • GST registration (if applicable)
  • Set up of bank account
  • Obtain Owners Corporation seal
  • Tender and engage service contractors

Handover from Developer to Owners Corporation and its members

  • Arrange purchaser information event
  • Manage move in of occupiers
  • Convene and hold Special General Meeting to elect
  • Committee of Management
  • Defect liability period management
