For Afterhours, Weekends and Public Holidays, please call Tymaline Building Services on 0418 362 023:

• Advise their friendly staff of your Name, Address, Contact Number, and the nature of the Emergency. Tymaline Building Services will assist you to resolve the issue and work alongside you to process any applicable insurance claim relating to building damage.

Tymaline Building Service are Elite BodyCorp's appointed afterhours maintenance team, that can provide immediate assistance to our clients with the following types of building emergencies:

• Storm Damage
• Roof leaks
• Internal Flooding
• Electrical Faults
• Automatic Gate and Door malfunctions
• Plumbing Leaks and Blockages
• Malicious Damages

If the emergency cannot be fully repaired during the initial attendance, the team will complete a make-safe to ensure there is no further risk to the building/individuals and make the necessary arrangements or recommendations for full rectification of the matter.

All attendances are accompanied by detailed reports which, if applicable, may assist with further repair works and/or insurance claims.
